The elementary students had some special guests visit from Whoville during lunch. Our cafeteria staff did an amazing job.

🎁 We are grateful to the OCCC Students Connecting with Mentors for Success program for their generous donation of backpacks filled with school supplies and other goodies for our families. Updated location: Elementary Cafetorium Dear Parents and Guardians: We are thrilled to invite you to our Winter Holiday Concert on Friday, December 13th, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM in the Elementary Cafetorium! This special evening will showcase our talented Middle School and High School bands, along with a spotlight performance by our top musician ensemble. We’ve seen tremendous growth in our students’ musical skills this semester, and we can’t wait for you to hear all they’ve accomplished!  This concert is a major part of our program, and attendance is required for all students as it counts for 10% of their final grade. Students must stay for the entire event to receive full credit, and we know you’ll want to stay too—it’s going to be an amazing night of music and holiday spirit!

What is Chronic absence? It is defined as missing 10 percent or more of school days due to absence for any reason—excused, unexcused absences and suspension. This can translate into students having difficulty learning to read by the third-grade, achieving in middle school, and graduating from high school. We want to make your students successful. We hope to see all students at school after the break on Dec 2!

Our Seniors attended the annual OU TREE Conference today. One of our students, Perla received a scholarship! This is our 4th year in a row winning! It was also great to see Crooked Oak Alumni who are a part of organizing this amazing conference. --------------- Nuestros estudiantes de grado 12 asistieron hoy a la Conferencia annual, "TREE" en la universidad de Oklahoma. ¡Una de nuestras estudiantes, Perla, recibió una beca! ¡Este es nuestro 4º año consecutivo ganando! También fue genial ver a los ex alumnos de Crooked Oak que ahora son parte de la organización de esta increíble conferencia.
