🎉📚 If you live in the Crooked Oak district, you can enroll NOW! 📝🎈 We’re so excited to welcome your child for the upcoming school year! Enrolling early is very important as it helps us plan ahead so we can make sure we have the right number of teachers and classrooms ready for your students! ⏳ If you’re already on an approved Open Transfer, you do not need to reapply. Just mark your calendar to enroll starting June 2nd (Monday). Even if your child has attended Crooked Oak before, families who live outside the district must wait until June 2nd to apply. --- 🎉📚 Si vives en el distrito Crooked Oak, ¡puedes inscribirte AHORA! ¡Estamos muy emocionados de darle la bienvenida a su hijo para el próximo año escolar! ¡Inscribirse temprano es muy importante, ya que nos ayuda a planificar con anticipación para que podamos asegurarnos de que tenemos el número correcto de maestros y aulas listos para sus estudiantes! ⏳ Si ya está en una transferencia abierta aprobada, no necesita volver a aplicar. **IMPORTANT INFORMATION:** ONLY students who live in the Crooked Oak District are eligible to apply for enrollment, as they are given priority. Transfer students may begin applying on June 2nd. Even if your child has attended Crooked Oak already, you must still wait to apply if you live outside the district. Applications from out-of-district students will not be processed until after June 2nd. --- **INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE: ** SOLO los estudiantes que viven en el Distrito de Crooked Oak son elegibles para solicitar la inscripción, ya que se les da prioridad. 📢 We understand you may be excited for summer, but it's still very important for students to be at school on time! Tomorrow, May 7th, our high school students have a MANDATORY CITIZENSHIP EXAM that is required for graduation. They need to be seated in class by 8 AM to have enough time to finish without interruptions. Thank you for your continued support! --- Entendemos que estamos emocionado por el verano, pero todavía es muy importante que los estudiantes estén en la escuela a tiempo! Do you have a 5th grader entering Middle School next year? This Thursday, May 8th at 8:30 AM or 2:00 PM we will have a tour to answer any questions you may have. Parents and family are invited to our assembly tomorrow 4/30 at 1:00 PM in the gym. Selected high school students who have achieved the criteria were informed and will be presented with a Ruf-Nex letter jacket. --- Los padres y la familia están invitados a nuestra asamblea mañana 30 de abril a la 1:00 PM en el gimnasio. ☮️💚🎨The Honor Society & Variety Care students hosted a successful mental health week! We had activities along with dress up days. We also had a student share his own testimonial of how he deals with stress and depression. The intention was to remind students that there's always help and to encourage them to speak up! --- ¡Los estudiantes de la Sociedad de Honor y Variety Care organizaron una exitosa semana de salud mental! Tuvimos actividades junto con días de vestimenta libre. También tuvimos a un estudiante que compartió su propio testimonio de cómo lidia con el estrés y la depresión. La intención era recordar a los estudiantes que siempre hay ayuda y animarlos a hablar.
