Did you know that our principals visit the classrooms every morning? In addition to greeting everyone, they check the "Morning 3's." This involves assessing:

1.) Uniforms – fostering a sense of unity, reducing distractions, and reinforcing school pride.
2.) Preparedness – ensuring that students are ready to learn and focused.
3.) Listening to announcements – modeling respectful behavior and keeping students informed and connected with important school-wide information and opportunities.

Families, as we prepare for bad weather, it’s important to ensure that your contact information is up to date. This will allow you to receive timely notifications in case we need to cancel or delay classes. The best way to update your information is by contacting the front office secretaries at each school site.

Congratulations to Mrs. Kylee Weaver! She was selected as our Crooked Oak School District Teacher of the Year for 2025.

The students, families, and staff are exceptional, and their dedication, kindness, and support create an environment I am proud to be part of each day.
Being part of this community has shaped me both professionally and personally in meaningful ways. I am thankful for the encouragement, collaboration, and shared commitment to student success that I experience here. One of the greatest joys of my work is watching former students grow throughout their school years and eventually graduate as confident, capable adults. Seeing their progress and celebrating their successes never gets old.
Crooked Oak has had a lasting impact on my life, and I am incredibly grateful for the relationships, experiences, and memories built over the years. I cannot imagine a better place to show up each day, and I am honored to continue serving a community that means so much to me."

Middle school dress up days next week

We invite everyone to the Winter Band Concert tonight at 6:00 pm at the Central Oak Cafetorium. Band students should arrive by 5:30, and the performance starts at 6:00 pm. They will have cookies and hot cocoa available for a donation to the band program. Thank you for your support.
