Mrs. Peterson’s 1st grade music program was a wonderful celebration of Oklahoma, combining performance with meaningful learning. Students sang songs that honored our state while learning about Oklahoma’s history, symbols, and traditions. Through music and movement, they built confidence, developed performance skills, and deepened their understanding of what makes Oklahoma special. It was a joyful and engaging way for students to connect learning with pride in their state.
