Central Oak basketball teams have several games this weekend.
- The 3rd–4th grade girls will play on Friday at 5:00 PM
- The 3rd–4th grade Boys Red team will play on Friday at 5:40 PM
- The 3rd–4th grade Boys Black team will play on Friday at 6:40 PM.
- The 5th–6th grade division games are as follows:
- Girls: Saturday at 9:20 AM
- Boys Red team: Saturday at 8:30 AM
- Boys Black team: Saturday at 9:20 AM
- Crooked Oak 5th–6th White team: Saturday at 11:00 AM.
Central Oak Elementary is excited to begin the basketball season for our 3rd–and 4th–grade teams and our 5th–and 6th–grade teams. Students will compete in games hosted at Destiny Christian School, with full schedules available for families to review. Participation in basketball is tied to our school expectations, and players must attend 4 by 4 after-school practices four days a week to continue building skills, teamwork, and consistency.
Students must also maintain positive behavior during the school day to remain eligible. Basketball is a privilege at Central Oak, and players are expected to uphold PRIDE expectations, stay out of trouble, and demonstrate responsibility in the classroom and throughout the hallways. These standards help ensure that students represent our school well both on and off the court while learning valuable habits that extend beyond the game.
