Native American Student Eligibility
Attention Students of American Indian Students:
Crooked Oak can help provide guidance, support and supplies to any students of the Native American tribes recognized as sovereign nations. We strive to provide educators with continued access to culturally appropriate resources/ information and in-service training that reflects teaching strategies and learning styles which ensure full inclusion of the Native American child in a positive learning environment and we want to further the educational opportunities of the Native American students enrolled at Crooked Oak.
If you would like to receive any additional services please ensure you have completed the “India Student Eligibility” form below and send a copy of the student’s identification card to the Crooked Oak Administration office at 1450 S. Eastern Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73129.
