Supervise cafeteria workers in a professional manner to ensure proper operations associated with their duties, prepare weekly lunch menus to meet state nutritional requirements, provide and maintain annual budgets, properly maintain food service facilities and equipment, prepare and submit all required state department reports.

Applicants must have prior experience in school cafeteria management including application processes, menus, commodities, budgeting, billing, monthly reporting and presently hold a valid Food Service Operators license.
