As required by Title 25, Oklahoma Statutes Section 311, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 53, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma will hold a Regular Meeting Monday, May 10th at 6:00 p.m. The place and street address of the meeting will be the Board of Education Conference Room, Administration Building, 1901 S.E. 15th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73129.

17. Discuss then vote to approve or disapprove returning $17, 789.21 in ARRA Title I (516) funds (from 50 % stimulus given by SDE to COPS last fiscal year) to SDE, to be claimed from SDE under its standard federal claims reimbursement process. (Mrs. Draper)
18. Discuss then vote to approve or disapprove the return of $45,475.80 in ARRA IDEA-B(622) funds (from 50% stimulus given by SDE to COPS last fiscal year) to SDE, to be claimed from SDE under its standard federal claims reimbursement process. (Mrs. Draper)
