As required by Title 25, Oklahoma Statutes Section 311, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 53, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, Oklahoma will hold a Special Meeting Monday, April 23, 2012, 4:30 p.m. The place and street address of the meeting will be the Board of Education Conference Room, Administration Building, 1901 S.E. 15th Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73129.

Vote to approve or disapprove entering into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the following item:
a. Discuss the employment of a superintendent, pursuant to 25 O.S. § 307 (B)(1).
3. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION
a. Executive session compliance announcement.
4. ACTION ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
a. Discussion and possible board action with regard to superintendent search process.
